4 bed roomed 2.5 bathroom with its own pool, Jacuzzi and fountain.

The villa faces over a small lake and conservation area and has no other villas on looking. This villa is situated at Sunset Lakes, a peaceful. security gated subdivision situated 10 minutes from Disney World entrance and conveniently located for all other attractions.

It has a community pool, children's play area and lakeside dock for fishing. The pool and Jacuzzi are heated ( extra charge) and is screened. The deck area has a BBQ, sin, sun loungers, table and chairs.

The villa accommodates a maximum of 8 people. There is a master bedroom en suite with patio doors to the pool and double bedroom both with queen size beds and a further 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each.

One twin room has a Winnie the Pooh theme ideal for the children.

All bedrooms have cable televisions.

The living room, dining room and kitchen area are open plan set out in Floridian style. The villa is tastefully decorated, fully air conditioned, security alarmed and furnished to a high standard.

The kitchen is fitted with a large fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and oven.

The utility room has both washing machine and tumble drier.

The living room has a large television with cable tv, DVD player and play station 2. Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
